Advanced Piano Tuning and Grand Piano Technology

DESCRIPTION
This course
refines and adds to the student's basic tuning knowledge and skills and
introduces the grand piano with its special design & differences from
the vertical piano.
Special
repair and grand regulation techniques are taught. This course is
necessary to properly service and rebuild the grand piano. The student
will demonstrate the skills and knowledge acquired through attendance
and interaction during classroom lectures & labs, the completion of
individual lab projects and the rebuilding of his/her grand project
piano.
